For DTG printing: PNG, JPG, SVG. For embroidery: vector files (AI, EPS) work best. All files should be high resolution (300 DPI minimum).
We do not offer returns on printed or embroidered products, but we're happy to work with you if something went wrong. Contact us with photos of the issue.
